A Top 10 Pharmaceutical Company sought to implement a personalized, scalable field certification tool to ensure confidence and compliance, improve launch readiness, and elevate performance to achieve organizational ambitions to be the most competitive sales force in the industry.
Traditional methods of human-to-human Role Play Practice & Certification induce bias, are not scalable, and lack real-time feedback; limiting their effectiveness in preparing teams for authentic HCP interactions.
