We determine the level of maturity for your business processes based on operating excellence principles (Baldrige, BPM maturity criteria, CMMi-like) to provide a pathway to move to the next level of performance.  Our approach is to conduct facilitated sessions with your business teams to assess core end-to-end processes, evaluate them along a maturity continuum versus a proven set of criteria, and provide a score for critical business system elements which translates into a performance level.  

 

This evaluation then drives deep discussions about potential opportunities for improvement.  We facilitate these discussions with our senior improvement experts.  Leaders, in turn, use this input to strategy, and as a predictor for future success.
