Launch Excellence Director
The ideal candidate for this position is a driven and accomplished leader with extensive experience in Management Consulting, particularly leading multiple product launches within the pharmaceutical industry. A global launch exposure and work across different therapeutic areas would be an added advantage.

Who You Are
Experience
-
5+ years’ experience in Management or Life Sciences Consulting, either at a Big 4 or an established Life Sciences firm
-
5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical product launch/launch excellence
-
10+ working in/supporting the pharmaceutical industry (commercial operations)

As a proficient individual with extensive knowledge of the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry's market trends, you will be responsible for creating service and solution offerings that are effortlessly embraced by the market.

You have expertise in executing consulting processes and associated work products. This includes program/project management, design, business analysis, coaching, presentations, proposals and contract generation, research, assessments, and workshop facilitation.

You have a Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant certifications.

As a subject matter expert, you have a depth of practical experience and provide expert guidance towards seamlessly executing transformational Launch Excellence engagements.

What You'll Do
-
Alongside our LEx Principal, you will play a leading role in building out an exceptional LEx practice, dedicated to delivering unparalleled launch services.

You will drive direct and indirect revenue growth for the firm by meeting or exceeding business development targets, actively taking part in sales pursuits, and expanding current client relationships.

As a skilled launch strategist, you'll be responsible for planning and managing branded product launches for commercial organizations within pharma/life sciences, while simultaneously acting as a trusted advisor to our valued clients.

You will lead engagement delivery and perform post-launch evaluations assessments to inform LEx best practices and sustain ongoing improvements of the LEx practice.

You will encourage, inspire, develop, and grow a team of LEx consultants, providing leadership that motivates individuals to follow your lead willingly.

As a skilled Product Launch Excellence Leader and Subject Matter Expert, you will be an ambassador for the Magic Hat Consulting brand. You'll actively engage with external marketplaces, organizations and memberships leaving a lasting impression with each interaction.
